THE PROMISE

The dentists who feel like themselves at the end of the day aren't the ones working harder. They're the ones who stopped doing the work that was never theirs to do.

If you've been trying to figure out where AI fits in your practice, the gap isn't tools. It's the system around you. Most dentists are using AI as a tool — open it, ask it something, close it. Almost no one has set it up as infrastructure that runs beside them, day after day, and gives them their evenings back.

WHY THIS COHORT EXISTS

I'm Diana Wu. I run a dental practice in Issaquah, and I've built an AI executive assistant that handles the parts of my work I used to carry home in my head.

Email triage. Calendar architecture. Team coaching. Compliance tracking. Personal logistics. The residue of unfinished thinking that used to follow me to bed doesn't anymore.

I built it because I was tired. Tired of being the most expensive employee in my own practice doing the cheapest work. Tired of bringing the practice home with me. I didn't want to be more productive. I wanted to be more present — for my patients, for my team, for the people I love.

What I built isn't a tool stack. It's an operating system. The methodology is teachable, and the Founding Cohort is the first time I'm teaching it to other people.

One day. In person. Twelve seats. You leave with an AI EA that knows who you are, how you think, and how to help you run your practice. Not theory. The actual system, set up and tested before you walk out.

FIT CHECK

Who this is built for.

This is for you if
  • You own or operate a dental practice, or a comparable professional operation.
  • You've used ChatGPT or Claude enough to know they're useful. But you haven't gotten them to actually run anything for you.
  • You're ready to spend a day building something you'll use the next morning.
This isn't for you if
  • You're looking for a survey of AI tools. This is one methodology, built deep.
  • You want the system built for you without learning the architecture. The Done-For-You option is separate.
  • You haven't used AI for anything yet.The Digital Blueprint will be a better starting point when it releases this fall.

WHY APPLICATION-BASED

Because I want you to leave with something that actually works.

The day is built around what you bring into the room — your practice, your patterns, the specific work you want a system to handle. That only delivers if you walk in knowing what you need, what you'd protect with more time, and how ready you are to build alongside it. The application surfaces that. It makes sure the day pays off for you, not just generally.

The questions also begin the work itself. By the time you finish answering them, you've named what you value, what frustrates you, and what you'd do with more time. That's the same self-knowledge the workshop is built on. The intake starts before the room is ever in front of you.

THE APPLICATION

Three questions. About five minutes.

01
What's the work in your practice that only you can do — the work you'd protect if you could?
02
What administrative task did you do last week that a system should have handled?
03
If five hours opened up in your week, what would you actually do with them?

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

I read every application myself. You'll hear from me directly within a few days — not from an automated sequence, not from a team.

If the cohort is a fit, I'll send you the date, the venue details, and the link to reserve your seat.

If the timing or the format isn't right, I'll tell you that too — and point you toward what might serve you better instead. The application doesn't commit you to anything. It just starts a conversation.
