Back to AI

Live on Zoom · Wednesday, May 20, 2026 · 5:00 PM PT

What AI actually does for a private dental practice.

A live one-hour session with Dr. Diana Wu, hosted by Dr. Diana Tadros for the Kois Alumni community. Open to all Kois alumni and invited guests.

What you'll see

Most dentists are already using AI somewhere in their practice. A clinical scribe, an imaging assist, a patient communication draft, the occasional ChatGPT or Claude. These are real, useful, and worth doing.

This session shows what happens when AI is set up not as a tool you reach for, but as the infrastructure that lets a private practice run with the operational leverage normally requiring a C-suite team, without the payroll.

Not theory. Not prompt tips. The actual system Diana runs every day, with real data from her real practice: calendar, email, SOPs, team coordination, the operational architecture most owners are quietly drowning in.

Everything you'll see is what she runs in her own practice and life. If it's in the workshop, it's because it's working in production.

You'll see one example walked end-to-end. You'll see what becomes possible when AI knows you, your practice, your patients, and your standards. And you'll see what it cannot do.

You'll leave with an honest read on where you are on the AI capability spectrum, and what to do next.
