A fighting chance for private practice dentistry.

What AI actually does for a private dental practice.
A one-hour walk-through of the AI operating system Diana runs inside her practice and her life. Hosted by Dr. Diana Tadros for the Kois Alumni community. Open to all Kois alumni and invited guests.

The math of running an independent dental practice has quietly broken. A practice owner is now expected to be the dentist plus the CEO, CFO, COO, HR director, marketing lead, and recruiter, without the salary structure or the support infrastructure to do any of it well. The exhaustion of trying is why so many independent offices are selling to DSOs.
The question Diana keeps coming back to is the one most of the profession is afraid to ask: in ten years, if this trend continues, what will the quality of care actually look like?
Her work is built on a simple idea. Level the playing field. AI is how she's doing it.
The Work
Diana designed and built an AI-based operating system that gives her practice the operational leverage of a much larger group, without the six- to seven-figure C-suite payroll behind it. She built it without a coding background, by translating her own values, decisions, and workflows into something a system could run on. She is now opening enrollment to a small group of dental professionals who want to build the same kind of system inside their own practices, so they can do what they trained to do: be the dentist.
What this looks like in practice
A calendar that knows your non-negotiables and protects them automatically.
An inbox that has already triaged itself by the time you open it.
Communications drafted in your voice, in the right register, before you have finished your coffee.
A travel brief built in fifteen minutes that includes the supplements you take, the timezone math for your medication, and the gift list for your family at the destination.
A second brain that holds the texture of a whole life, and gives it back to you when you need it.
And the one most practices feel the absence of every day: a living operating manual.
Most offices have an SOP binder somewhere that hasn't been updated in three years. The team consults it once during onboarding and then never again. The version Diana runs gets updated every time a workflow changes, by her, by her office manager, by whoever made the change. The team queries it the way they would ask a senior colleague. The manual is alive. The institutional knowledge of the practice stops living in one person's head.
The Founding Cohort
The first cohort of Your AI EA in a Day opens for application in August 2026. Twelve seats. Application-based. The application is short and direct. It filters for commitment, not credentials.
If you are a dental professional who is tired of being the answer to every question in your practice, this work was built for you.
If you want a note when applications open:
The Writing
Diana writes about what running a practice in the current healthcare environment actually feels like, and what AI is and isn't capable of in that context. The essays are honest, often slow, and uninterested in hype.
About Diana
Dr. Diana Wu is an Advanced Functional and Aesthetic Dentist and the owner of Issaquah Premier Dental in Issaquah, Washington. She studied dentistry at Cebu Doctors' University in the Philippines, where she consistently ranked at the top of the university across all programs, before completing her DDS at Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She is a Kois Center alumna, a practicing clinician, and a visiting lecturer at Cebu Doctors' University.
She built her own AI operating system because she wanted her life back. She is teaching others to do the same because the math of independent practice does not work without it.
She divides her time between Seattle, Vancouver, and Cebu.
