This Privacy Policy explains how WC Group Holdings LLC DBA Dr. Diana Wu ("we," "our") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through drdianawu.com.

What we collect

When you apply for a workshop, enroll in a course, subscribe to updates, or complete an assessment, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and any responses you include in forms or applications.

We also collect standard website analytics — pages visited, referring source, device type, general location — to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you individually.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to applications and inquiries, deliver course or workshop materials, send you logistics and updates related to your enrollment, and improve the site and our offerings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

Payments. Course purchases are completed on Thinkific-hosted checkout (learn.drdianawu.com). Workshop purchases are completed on Stripe-hosted payment pages (buy.stripe.com or book.stripe.com). When you click a payment link, you leave this site and are subject to that provider's Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation that a payment was completed; we do not receive, process, or store your card details.

Email marketing — Kit (ConvertKit). When you subscribe to updates or submit a workshop application, your name, email, and any application responses are sent to Kit, our email marketing provider. Kit stores this data and we use it to send you relevant communications.

Newsletter — Substack. The newsletter subscribe form on this site embeds Substack. If you subscribe via that form, your email is collected and stored by Substack under their Privacy Policy.

Email delivery — Resend. Transactional emails from this site are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes your email address for the purpose of delivering messages.

Assessment form — Jotform. The AI readiness assessment at /phase is hosted by Jotform. Information you submit — including your name, email, and practice name — is collected and stored by Jotform under their Privacy Policy.

Analytics — Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. Google Analytics collects information about pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location using cookies.

Email communications

If you apply for or enroll in a workshop or course, we will send you information related to your enrollment. We may occasionally send updates about new offerings. You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by writing to us at the address below.

Cookies

This site uses cookies through Google Analytics and may receive cookies from embedded third-party services including Substack and Jotform. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the services you requested and to meet any legal obligations.
