Your AI EA in a Day™
The problem wasn't the person. It was the system.
This is the day you build the one that doesn't leave.

Your AI EA in a Day™ is a one-day in-person workshop in downtown Bellevue for dental practice owners. Participants build and configure an AI executive assistant connected to their actual inbox and calendar. The workshop covers both the self-knowledge translation work that makes an AI system function at a professional level, and the technical build. Participants leave with a working system, not a demo.
What It Actually Takes to Run a Practice
Running a dental practice means wearing every hat. You are the CEO making the vision decisions. The COO keeping operations from falling apart. The CMO figuring out why new patients aren't coming in the way they used to. The CHRO hiring and retraining people who may or may not be there next year. And the CFO, on a Sunday evening, trying to understand why a busy month didn't show up in collections.
Even fractional support across those roles costs more than most practices can afford. So you absorb it. All of it. In between patients.
The staffing problem makes it worse. When someone leaves, they don't take six months of knowledge with them. They take years of it. It takes close to a year for someone to actually know the job: how things work in your specific practice, the way you want things done, the institutional memory that lives nowhere except in that person's head. The day they walk out, that investment walks out with them.
I went through three executive assistants, each at a higher salary than the last: $70,000, then $80,000, then $140,000. I kept telling myself the problem was finding the right person. I let all of them go. It wasn't a person problem. It was a system problem.
The System That Doesn't Leave
No human assistant at any salary does what a trained AI system can do: hold everything you've taught it, never leave and take institutional knowledge out the door, never need to be retrained from scratch. The only thing it can't do is the physical: the errands that require a body in the room. Everything else, it handles.
This is what the workshop builds.
What the Day Looks Like
Morning
The morning is the work most AI workshops skip. It is 80% of why this works. The self-knowledge translation: how you actually communicate, what you're protecting, how you want the practice to run when you're not in the room. A system trained to know you that well produces something no hire at any salary could replicate.
Afternoon
The afternoon is the build. Your EA, configured in your voice. Your inbox, connected and calibrated on real emails. Your calendar, structured to protect the time you need to actually run the practice. Real tasks from your actual week, handled. And the moment that makes the argument concrete: you dictate a real frustration out loud, something that happened in the practice that shouldn't have, and the EA drafts a protocol from it. Not a note to yourself. A standard. Ready for your team.
What You Leave With
By end of day, you leave with something running. Not explained. Not demoed. Running.
None of us can afford the executive team. This is the version we can.
